Installation

To install Multisearch, go to the Downloads page and select the appropriate file.

-no-Dai means that the OGSA-DAI components have been removed from it. This allows groups to drop the middleware completely (and saves time downloading extra jars and such). If you don't intend on using any backends from OGSA-DAI, these are the best options for you.

Servlet means that the Servlet component is included along with a copy of this website! Its subdirectory system is multisearch/ and onward. This includes all the directories needed for Tomcat (WEB-INF/classes).

Non-servlet does not include the servlet at all. Just untar and the directory system starts at edu. The commands should work - although the .jar files in the download page must be a part of your classpath to compile/run multisearch.
